Once you have decided on your meal, please contact Cyril at (cyril@frenchepicurean.ca) and provide him with the date of your dinner, the number of participants, and the menus required to confirm availability and secure your reservation. 

Yes, a down payment of 50% of the total amount is required when booking, and it is non-refundable.  The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event. Payments are accepted by E-Transfer only. Cyril will provide you with the necessary details to complete the transaction. 

The down payment is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please contact Cyril as soon as possible to discuss the options available to you. 

Given that Cyril will cook directly from your kitchen, he will need to come at your house at least 4 hours before your Lunch time. Arrival time will depend on the menu required.

Please make sure to inform Cyril of any dietary requirement or allergy prior to making the reservation.
